groundhogs & old hags.

we’re halfway between the solstice & the equinox but the old witch gathered extra wood & so we’ll wait under these heavy clouds just a bit longer. if you listen closely, closely, listen close, you can almost hear the birds sing.

    Yesterday I picked my grands up at school. Age 5.5 yr, old twins…a boy and a girl…they got in the car and proceeded to tell me about Ground Hog’s Day. My grandson summed it up…Ground Hog’s Day is about a ground hog named Pux, the tiny Phil. The end.
